Let's start this section with some reflection. Your answers to these questions do not need to be submitted for completion, but we do encourage journaling or using these questions as a way to start conversations about change with others.

Are you happy with your current relationships? Can you identify behaviors that you could change to improve your relationships? Do you want to change these behaviors?
